Antonia Hodgson is the author of the bestselling Thomas Hawkins historical crime series, and a former publisher. Her debut novel, The Devil in the Marshalsea, won the CWA Historical Dagger. She has also been shortlisted for several prestigious prizes including the Theakston’s Crime Novel of the Year, and her books have been chosen for both the Richard & Judy and Waterstones book clubs.
