THE FLINT BARNS
ACCOMMODATION. Luxury accommodation in the boutique Flint Barns, 10 en suite bedrooms configured as single or shared occupancy, they are set in the historic buildings at the western end of the Rathfinney Estate, and the buildings have been beautifully restored and extended to the highest standard, forming a beautifully appointed “home away from home”.
A large, welcoming dining room, serving locally sourced home-cooked meals, is complemented by a separate lounge and snug, both with fireplaces, and a lovely enclosed courtyard, which makes this the ideal venue to work and rest. We believe this is a perfect and unique place to work while enjoying the beautiful landscape of the South Downs.
MEALS. All of the meals are prepared and cooked on site and they source as many of their ingredients as possible from local suppliers. Dymock Farm from just over the hill, supplies all of the vegetables and eggs.
A resident chef prepares all of the meals which are served in the dining room in the family style of eating together–a home away from home. This is a perfect way to discuss what you have done during the day.
